Summer Bishil (born June 15 15, 1985) is an American actor best known for playing Margo on The Magicians, a Syfy fantasy-drama series that aired between 2015 and the present. Summer Bishil gained fame due to her character in Towelhead as Jasira Marroun, an American-Lebanese girl aged thirteen who is thrust into chaos by the U.S. military's invasion of Iraq. Her subsequent selection as one The Top 10 actresses in the world by Variety for 2007 also came as a huge honor. Crossing Over, a 2009 crime thriller film in which she portrayed a female character named Taslima Jangir, was selected for one of the Independent Spirit Award nominee for the category of Best Female Lead. Apart from Lucky 7, she also played on screen in several films like the film Mooz-lum The Last Airbender Pop Star, Under the Silver Lake as well as Moozlum The Last Airbender Pop Star.
